Yesterday, the Alzheimer’s Disease State Plan Task Force held it’s final meeting at the State Capitol. The meeting, held in the Governor’s Cabinet Room, was a chance for Task Force members to review the finalized goals and to discuss and edit the recommendations and tactics. Joining the Task Force members were Senator Elaine Alquist, Assemblywoman Mariko Yamada, and representatives from The Rosalyn and Arthur Gilbert Foundation and The SCAN Foundation. The day-long meeting was incredibly productive and ended with a group celebration of the work that has been accomplished thus far.
